How accurate were we?
I think it'd be fun to go back and listen to all the old episodes and find out what statements were made that were either blatantly wrong or mystically accurate regarding Brawl. Heck, I'd be curious to see if even Sakurai lived up to all his claims.
For instance, one thing stuck out in my mind: does the game actually implement the feature where dropped players are replaced by CPU opponents? Have I never noticed because it is a With Anyone feature only? (It doesn't do it in matches with friends, does it?) Current List of Completion: Episode 1: Pre-E3: Digifreak642 Episode 2: Post-E3: Eon (Complete) Episode 3: This World: Eon Episode 4: New Physics: Open Episode 5: Subspace Emissary: Moptop11 (Complete) Episode 6: The Letdown: Egallardo26 Episode 7: Stickers, Stickers Stickers: Moptop11 Episode 8: The Golden Week: Open Episode 9: Gliding to New Beginnings: Open Episode 10: Character's Serenade: Open Episode 11: Cold Sacrifices: Open Episode 12: Snake? RE: How accurate were we?
It's a With Anyone feature only if it even exists. It's honestly too hard to tell what with the game stopping every five seconds to make sure everyone's going in the right direction before inevitably stopping again five seconds later.

Yeah, you're probably right.
Still, I'm very interested to go back to evaluate predictions. So much for Panda's conspiracy theoracy, eh? XD |

Believe it or not, this is actually a feature of sorts that I've wanted to do for a long time, though I'd either need to go back through every single pre-release episode and record every prediction made, or get the assistance of Negi and his mad trivia skillz.

Oh geez. Well, I have been noticing a lot of errors this time around. By this time around, I mean listening to past podcasts THIS TIME AROUND. I'm such a nerd. Most errors are from Youko. If you seriously want to do this, it will be quite a project. A LOT of things are wrong, especially in episode 28. |

Episode 28 was pretty sad because of the whole Pikmin thing, and none of them knew anything about Pikmin. I kinda cringed when they started speculating about the different colored flowers that were mostly lighting effects. |

RE: How accurate were we?
Yeah episode 28 was painfull to a pikmin fan. I watched some earlier episodes that i didn't get a chance to watch after brawl came out.... but it was still a while ago so I dont remember much. I salute whoever takes this project on though.

^ WE HAVE FEELINGS TOO, YOU KNOW! *goes to sob in a corner*
But you're right, this could be a long project since we've got days worth of podcasts to go through with multiple predictions made in each one. Maybe we should do them in batches, two or three episodes at a time... |
